ABB is proud to announce that it will provide the charging technology for the Gen3 cars in the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship – the first all-electric global race series.

ABB has entered into an agreement with Norway’s largest grocery wholesaler ASKO, and its owner NorgesGruppen, to supply charging infrastructure for its growing fleet of electric trucks. Currently, ASKO has 600 trucks on the road each day and has a goal to achieve zero emissions distribution of groceries by 2026. Financial details were not disclosed.

A milestone 200th Czech charging station was launched by ABB at Královo Pole shopping center in Brno, reinforcing ABB Electrification’s Mission to Zero.

ABB Formula E returns for the fourth round in the championship’s sixth season.

As the Netherlands aims to deliver a 95 percent reduction in emissions by 2050, ABB has been appointed to provide more than 100 connected high-power and fast chargers for the Qbuzz fleet of 99 fully electric buses.

ABB has received an order for a further 324, 350 kW high-power electric vehicle (EV) chargers from IONITY.

ABB is providing end-to-end solution for installing and connecting electric vehicle (EV) chargers with the power grid.
