Building on more than 15 years of collaboration, the expanded alliance moves beyond traditional engineering support to a deeper, strategic engagement focused on high-performance computing (HPC), scalable SDV architectures, functional safety, cybersecurity, and global market enablement. Together, the companies aim to help automotive OEMs bring production-ready vehicle software to market faster and more efficiently.
Enabling scalable, production-grade SDV platforms
Through the expanded partnership, GlobalLogic contributes deep expertise in safety-critical software, HPC platforms, digital cockpit systems, and SDV tooling, supporting compliance with ASPICE 4.0 and ISO 21434 cybersecurity standards. These capabilities complement Elektrobit’s established leadership in Adaptive and Classic AUTOSAR middleware, in-vehicle infotainment (IVI), and automotive connectivity solutions.
The collaboration is designed to help automakers manage increasing software complexity while enabling continuous feature development, over-the-air updates, and scalable vehicle platforms across global markets.
“Our expanded collaboration with Elektrobit reinforces our shared commitment to advancing software-defined vehicles,” said Ramki Krishna, Group Vice President & General Manager, Automotive & Industrial Business at GlobalLogic. “By combining our strengths in HPC, functional safety, cybersecurity, and SDV innovation, we are enabling OEMs to accelerate feature development and deliver production-grade vehicle programs worldwide.”
Driving efficiency and global market readiness
For Elektrobit, the partnership supports its strategy to scale SDV solutions globally while maintaining flexibility and engineering excellence.
“Software-defined vehicles are already a reality, and their success depends on scalability, flexibility, and strong partnerships,” said Jaganathan Rajagopalan, Chief Product Officer at Elektrobit. “Working closely with GlobalLogic gives us access to world-class engineering expertise and helps us lead in efficiency and innovation as we deliver SDV solutions to the global mobility market.”
By combining GlobalLogic’s digital engineering capabilities with Elektrobit’s automotive software platforms, the expanded partnership positions both companies to support OEMs navigating the transition toward software-centric, high-performance, and secure vehicle architectures across regions and vehicle segments.
