The EcoGun ACE pro builds on the proven strengths of its predecessor while introducing a significantly lighter design—reduced by 23%. A quick-change color channel system enables color changes within seconds, eliminating flushing and minimizing solvent use. Quick-replace nozzle inserts ensure a clean spray pattern, high transfer efficiency, and consistently reliable results. This makes the EcoGun ACE pro ideal for both small-batch operations and frequent color changes across a wide range of applications, from automotive and wood finishing to yacht and boat manufacturing.
Revised Operating Concept for Intuitive Control
Dürr has optimized the gun’s handling with larger adjustment elements and improved haptics for effortless operation. A new ergonomic rotary knob replaces the earlier spray-air lever, preventing unintentional adjustments and allowing complete shutoff if needed. Additionally, an optimized air valve helps users set the correct pressure immediately from the first trigger point, enhancing process stability.
Streamlined Variants for Higher Reliability
The EcoGun ACE pro now requires only four air cap variants—two conventional and two LVLP options—that together cover nozzle diameters from 1.2 to 2.5 mm across seven nozzle sizes. This simplifies inventory management, reduces mix-up risks, and enhances overall reliability. To further ease handling, the air cap and union nut remain connected after removal, preventing loose parts.

Visually, the EcoGun ACE pro introduces a modern bronze-colored housing with black controls, signaling a new generation while preserving Dürr’s proven system architecture.
