Siemens Introduces PAVE360 Automotive Digital Twin Platform
A pre-integrated, cloud-based system-level digital twin enables earlier validation of ADAS, autonomous driving, and IVI software while reducing vehicle development setup time from months to days.

Siemens has introduced PAVE360 Automotive, a new off-the-shelf digital twin software platform designed to address the growing complexity of hardware and software integration in software-defined vehicles (SDVs). The cloud-based solution enables automotive manufacturers and suppliers to begin full-system development from day one, eliminating the need to build custom digital twin environments before software testing can begin.
PAVE360 Automotive provides a fully integrated, system-level digital twin that mirrors real vehicle hardware and supports early virtual integration of advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), autonomous driving (AD), and in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) software. By allowing both application-level and low-level software development to proceed earlier in the lifecycle, the platform significantly shortens development timelines and supports faster time-to-market for critical vehicle functions.
As vehicle architectures become increasingly software-centric, traditional development approaches struggle to manage interdependencies between ADAS, AD, and IVI domains. PAVE360 Automotive addresses this challenge by offering a single digital twin environment that unifies development workflows, supports cloud-based collaboration across teams, and scales through the addition of software, models, and external hardware as required.

The platform leverages Siemens’ digital twin expertise and supports hardware-like simulation speeds using the latest automotive intellectual property, including Arm® Zena Compute Subsystems (CSS). Through deeper integration of Arm Zena CSS, developers can begin software development earlier and validate system behavior long before physical prototypes are available. Siemens states that access to Arm Zena CSS within a digital twin environment can accelerate software development timelines by up to two years.
PAVE360 Automotive also supports real-world validation by enabling digital twins to connect with physical hardware and live vehicle testing, closing the loop between virtual development and real-world performance.
The solution builds on Siemens’ Innexis™ software environment and is currently available to selected customers, with general availability planned for February 2026.
Siemens will demonstrate the PAVE360 Automotive digital twin blueprint live at CES 2026, taking place January 6–9, 2026, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Auto Hall.
