Hengst shows the future of filtration at bauma

The requirements for construction machinery and vehicles are high: They are intended to prove reliability and efficiency even under adverse operating conditions.

Hengst shows the future of filtration at bauma
The Hengst ion exchanger for the for efficient operation of fuel cell systems.

Hengst will show how modern filtration technologies and intelligent fluid management contribute to this at the world’s leading trade fair bauma 2022 (October 24 to 30, 2022, Messe München). As a filtration specialist and development partner of renowned manufacturers, Hengst will be present in Hall 4, Stand 103 with the areas of engine and mobile filtration, hydraulics, and a wide range of aftermarket products.

The filtration solutions for efficient operation of fuel cell systems are in line with bauma’s leitmotif, “The way to zero emissions”: These include an ion exchanger for a safe and reliable coolant circuit, a cathode filter to protect the central components of the fuel cell from harmful gases and particles, and a novel separator module for avoiding liquid deposits.

With the takeover of Bosch Rexroth’s hydraulic filter business in 2021, Hengst expanded its product portfolio to include complete filters and filter elements for extreme industrial and mobile hydraulic applications. bauma offers the perfect opportunity to present the technologically demanding and growing range to the professional audience. One of the highlights in the area of hydraulics are line filters with the patented “Cyclone Effect”. They sustainably reduce operating costs, while at the same time optimizing filtration performance.

Hengst is “The SMART Alternative” for the aftermarket sector and supports the free spare parts market with intelligent solutions. The broad product range in brand quality includes oil filters, fuel filters, air filters, interior filters, transmission oil filters and tailor-made special filters from hydraulic oil filters to oil filter centrifuges.
