TE CONNECTIVITY INTRODUCES EASY SEAL, ZERO HALOGEN ESZH-CAP

ESZH Cap has been developed from QSZH tubing, a clear jacket with a black adhesive liner, closed at one end to provide effective sealing in a cap form.

The adhesive layer provides a tight seal around the splice, preventing any moisture from entering. Moisture can ultimately lead to corrosive problems and issues after installation and during operation. Alongside this, the adhesive layer performs effectively in environments with wide temperature ranges, highlighting its versatility within different applications.

ESZH-Caps can effectively be installed, in the application, with an air-circulating oven, a belt heater or an infrared heat processor, with these methods ensuring a high-standard installation. After installation, the caps will ensure low-profile mechanical protection against flexing, and electrical insulation, as well as abrasion and cut-through resistance.
